Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LiveClip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service analyzes audio from broadcast VODs that users provide themselves and presents clip candidates with review context. Audio needed for analysis is extracted from the VOD file selected by the user, and the Service provides heatmaps and AI suggestions. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Paid plan pricing is displayed within the Service. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Users who receive the limited launch pricing (the 6-Month Founder Pricing) receive that limited price for the first 6 months from the start of their Pro subscription, after which the price automatically transitions to the regular price. Details are governed by the "6-Month Founder Pricing" page. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the price and conditions displayed in the Service at that time apply. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator. Rights to content uploaded by users remain with the users. The Service uses user content solely for analysis purposes and does not share it with third parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited: (1) Violating any laws (2) Uploading content that infringes others' rights (3) Reverse engineering or disassembling the Service (4) Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on the Service (5) Mass automated requests (6) Using the Service to provide services to third parties.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of analysis results. AI suggestions are reference information only; final decisions are the user's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. The operator's total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
